Based on the test results of 30,000 respondents who completed the Implicit Association Test (IAT) of Washington and Yale Universities:

	58% have a strong automatic preference for Young
	14% have a moderate automatic preference for Young
	11% have a slight automatic preference for Young
	10% have little or no automatic preference for Young
	4% have a slight automatic preference for Old
	2% have a moderate automatic preference for Old
	2% have a strong automatic preference for Old

Mon - Fri, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This is the civil rights agency for the State of California. It will accept, investigate and conciliate complaints in the areas of employment and housing discrimination. Complaints must be filed within one year of offense.
	Equal Employment Opportunities Commission (E.E.O.C.) can be reached at: (213) 894-1000 255 East Temple Street, Fourth Floor Los Angeles CA 90012 The E.E.O.C. offers consultation and advice concerning the numerous federal anti-discrimination laws. If your case meets certain criteria, they will help you or refer you to the proper agency. The complaint must be filed within 300 days of the alleged incident of discrimination.
