Based on the test results of 30,000 respondents who completed the Implicit Association Test (IAT) of Washington and Yale Universities:

bullet14% have a moderate automatic preference for Young
bullet11% have a slight automatic preference for Young
bullet10% have little or no automatic preference for Young
bullet4% have a slight automatic preference for Old
bullet2% have a moderate automatic preference for Old
bullet2% have a strong automatic preference for Old

This is the civil rights agency for the State of California. It will accept, investigate and conciliate complaints in the areas of employment and housing discrimination. Complaints must be filed within one year of offense.

The E.E.O.C. offers consultation and advice concerning the numerous federal anti-discrimination laws. If your case meets certain criteria, they will help you or refer you to the proper agency. The complaint must be filed within 300 days of the alleged incident of discrimination.
